Car hire charges, Booking and Terms & Conditions . . .

Pricing for the cars is according to vehicle type and number of days. The prices presented on our new 2008 pricing scheme assume one couple hiring. If you have a group who wish to join forces and hire more than one car, perhaps to swap round during the course of the hire, please contact us to discuss discounted rates.

In addition to the car hire, an administrative charge of between 5 and 10 GBP will be charged per day for arranging intineraries, depending upon the level of complexity of the tour (e.g. accommodation, suggested routes, number of activities to arrange and book).

Booking
Once you have decided what you want to do, drop us an email with the outline and your contact details and we will get back to you to discuss the details. Once the tour has been agreed, we will send you confirmation of the tour arrangments and costs, at which point you will be required to pay a 25% deposit. The balance should be settled no later than 8 weeks before the trip. See the large print in the terms and conditions for details!
