Why not store your car with us in France, and enjoy driving your classic at your leisure . . .

With the ever increasing volume of traffic on the UK roads (and proposals for road charging), why not consider keeping your classic car with us here in Central France for the summer? You can see from the Tours page that we are well placed for all tours throughout France, and our location on the borders of the Dordogne and Limousin puts us in a lovely spot for a weekend break. We can keep your motor in tip-top shape, deliver it to you when you arrive, and put it back to bed when you leave. What could be easier? We could even hire it out for you so that it pays for itself (see borrom of page)!

Storage Rates
The storage would be indoors, in one of our converted barns, onsite where we live, so security and daily checking of the vehicles is straight forward. The costs are as follows:

  • Standard secure indoor storage: 15 Euros / week
  • Monthly Check (check tyres, vehicle roll to prevent flat spots, start-up and run, battery check, depress brakes and clutch, engage gears): 15 Euros / month.

Valeting Services
We can also provide a valeting service to ensure that your car is fully cleaned at the start of the storage and again when you want to use it. Costs are as follows:

  • Wash and Dry : 15 Euros
  • Wash, dry, wax: 30 Euros
  • Special Wire wheel clean: 15 Euros per wheel
  • Interior Valet: 35 Euros

 

Delivery and Pick-Up
We can also deliver your car to your place of arrival and pick it up on your departure. The cost for this service would be quoted per trip, based on your arrival / departure point. For your information, we are 35 minutes from Limoges airport, 2 hours from Bergerac and Brive airports and 2.5 hours from Bordeaux airport.

Insurance
Your vehicle would have to be insured by a company which provides an International Motor Insurance Card (ie. green card), to ensure that the insurance extends to include the compulsory motor insurance requirements of any member EU countries you aim to travel to.

If you need to ship your car to us for storage, we can also help with the process, so do please call if you need help.


You could even consider letting us hire out your car

There is always the possibility that we could hire out your vehicle and effectively turn it into a self-financing classic car. Of course, your vehicle would be included in our business insurance arrangements and be subject to the same rigorous maintenance and care that we afford all of our vehicles. The prospective drivers would also be subject to rigorous scrutiny before hiring, as laid out in our "Terms and Conditions of Hire".
